The location was good, in the centre of the city. The airport was approx 27 minutes' drive away. The staff was nice and pleasant, the room was big size. I loved slices of fresh bread and croissants for breakfast.

We really enjoyed being there. We lovely spend 3 nights in Son Bou. The check in was early, the staff was pleasant and polite. The location was central, magnificent by the restaurants around the estate. There was an Irish bar.

All the staff was really kind, settled my issues. I truly enjoyed the room with sunny terrace or balcony. Coffee/tea making facilities, fridges, and an oven worked well.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, nevertheless some staff members were extremely rude. The apartment we stayed in was reasonably large with kitchen. The room had coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television and a dining area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.
It had a bit small beds, maybe it was bad luck.
